Modern Plumbing Group set out to break away from the clichés that dominate the trade and raise the benchmark for professionalism. Their brand needed to reflect quality workmanship, swift response times, and transparent communication across both residential and commercial audiences.
The biggest challenge was escaping the generic visual language seen across most plumbing brands. Modern Plumbing Group needed a refined, modern system that could speak to homeowners, property managers, and commercial partners without feeling outdated or unprofessional.

Positioning & Approach
The identity was designed to position Modern Plumbing Group as a forward thinking, customer first service brand. The focus was on balancing approachability with credibility, ensuring the brand felt modern and trustworthy across both residential and commercial contexts.
Identity System
I developed a logo that integrates pipe forms while spelling the acronym MPG, linking directly to the trade without leaning on tired industry clichés. A crisp sans serif typeface supports clarity and legibility, reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on honest, straightforward communication.
Rollout & Applications
The visual language was built to perform in the environments where plumbing brands are judged fastest, including business cards, uniforms, vehicle livery, and on site signage. Consistent use of the logo and colour scheme creates a recognisable, polished presence across every interaction.
